Am in a Singapore Idol mood, after watching the latest episodes. The last few singers showcased were pretty good, especially the very last woman who sang "Wind Beneath My Wings". Amazing... Anyhow, there's been a recent hoo-ha over how "cruel" and "inhumane" the judges were on the trailers. Talk about cheap advertising... I'm sure MediaCorp has it's moments, but ST shouldn't have published those complaint letters until after the episode at least... Wonder if they are simply trying to poke at their rivals.
Met up with Mr. Tan Chuan Hoo for CS3214 today... very earnest and enthusiastic fellow... obviously a "GoGoGo!" man. Now that I'm in SI mood, CS3214 kinda resembles the show, in terms of "you-are-the-last-team-you-get-a-E". Just rambling of a dazed and confused mind. I've discovered African-American lit does that to you. Or maybe it's cuz I'm neither African, American nor African-American...
