Dear Enquirer,

You have not spent enough time licking your body parts. Refer here to see why that is so. To prepare you for this task, please spend at least 1 hour each day trying to lick each of the below body parts:

- neck
- ear
- small of the back
- a + [local university]

You are advised to practice the above alone. Self-lickers tend to be... misunderstood.

You will eventually find it easy (but not as enjoyable) to lick your elbows.
